The Job Search Unit Overview
The most vital of all technical documents are the ones you use to apply for jobs: resumes and cover letters. For that reason, we’ll spend plenty of class time talking about how to write and design effective job application materials. I want to help you create resumes and cover letters that will get you interviews. It’s especially important to see lots of samples, to critique both your documents and those of your classmates, and to make calculated decisions about what goes into your job application documents. This documents matter! We want to make them outstanding.
