- Think of a time you had major problems following a set of bad directions. Describe the problems you had.
- Now explain what factors you think caused the problems you had with those directions.
- Next think of a positive experience you’ve had following good directions. What was that experience like? Describe the experience.
- Then explain what factors you think made this a good experience.
