Presentation Handout
Whenever you make a presentation, it’s a good idea to create a handout. A handout let’s your audience take something from the presentation which helps them remember the focus of your talk.
In class we’ll discuss how to use Microsoft Publisher to create professional looking handouts.
For your team lesson, please create a handout following the guidelines below. Your only need to create 1 handout for the whole team. Be sure to make enough copies of the handout for the entire class, roughly 25 copies.
Handout Guidelines
Your handout should contain the information below. A 1-2 page handout should be sufficient in length.
- Lesson Title
- Presenter’s Names
- English 481: Literature of Comic Books (Dr. Pagnucci)
- Date
- Lesson Overview
- Summary of Key Points (usually 3 or 4)
- Any other important information, such as definitions of major terms
- Main references or web addresses
- Appropriate Illustrations
