I saw Avengers Endgame twice in its opening week, and it is a masterpiece. The first time through I was completely captivated by the breathtaking story. But the second time I was struck more by the quiet, deep moments. From the wrenching opening scene to the perfect finale (no spoilers here!), Avengers Endgame is one long, beautiful goodbye. A fitting conclusion to a 22 film epic saga and including Stan Lee’s final cameo. Luckily, though, while this might be “the end,” there’s still more to come.
